can someone set me up with a meal plan pleasel. I need to lean up quick for my trip.i have the muscle now i need to shed fat for definition. heeellllp.
Read the post at the top of the forum called 'Guide to cutting, bulking and maintaining' by Jodi then write up a basic meal plan for yourself like this:
meal 1: X cups oats, Y egg whites, Z cups berries
meal 2: ... etc.
Stick to clean, basic, non-processed foods! (fresh vegetables, whole/rolled grains, seafood, lean meats, skim dairy, eggs, fruits and nuts and seeds).
If you can, then go to www.fitday.com or www.nutritiondata.com and work out the calories and carb/fat/protein content of your meals and the total calories of the food you are eating for the day.
Then tell us how much exercise you do, when you do it and give us a rough idea of what you do too.
After you do that we can all give you HEAPS of advice!
