    Dropping body fat

    This spring I plan to drop from 10% to around 6% body fat and maintain that for the summer. How much size loss can be expected? For me, most of my fat lies around my waist, but my thighs have a certain amount of subcataneous fat.

    If you do it correctly, you can maintain the majority of muscle, but you will lose some muscle.

    How much muscle you lose will depend on how well you plan and stick to your diet.

    5-6-7 smaller compact meals will help retain muscle.
