bulk then mini-cut, i think, probly
Hey all I dont know weather I should cut or Bulk. I want to gain abou 15 pounds in about 7 months but I want to gain as much lean mass as possible, of course. Should I bulk then do a minni cut or just bulk till i gain my desired weight or what. I have a hard time bulking because i seem to get a bit flabby so it makes me want to cut. So what should i do. sorry if this is confusing. thanks for the help.

Why not just do a really clean bulk with mini cuts? Bulk cleanly to minimize fat gains then do a mini cut or two depending on how long your bulking for to shed those few extra pounds of fat.Originally Posted by sweatshopchamp
