Question Dinner = Smallest meal of the day??

    Just a quick Q,

Should dinner be my smallest meal of the day (other than the last one before bed)? I'm currently on a cut [Roughly 2000-2200 cals | 50g fat | 225g carbs | 230g Protein] I work out after school at about 3:00 and end at 4:00. Would a dinner consisting of 0-10g carbs be optimal?

Edit : My two biggest meals are breakfast and PWO(whey shake and 1-2 rice cakes | 1 hour later: 1 cup brown rice, 4 oz chicken, 1-2 cups of veggies)

most people divide their meals evenly over the course of the day. there is no added benefit to decreasing the caloric content of meals as the day progress.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Dont eat a smaller dinner especially if you workout in the afternoon, just dont eat a bunch of carbs before bed.
I actually have a decent size dinner because your body will be without nutrients for about 8-10 hours depending on how much sleep you get. Plus your body is building muscle while you sleep so dont starve it.
