How much Gorging is too much?

Say you've been going strict at 40|45|15 P|C|F for two weeks... And prior to that you were at standard 30|40|30.

You have lost 18 pounds in 3 months... down to 10% body fat.

Well last night I noticed a HUGE drop in weight (4 lbs in 2 days). And I'm losing a bit of pizazz. I know that with dieting you tend to lose some testosterone.

So... tomorrow I will gorge... how much will be determined by you!

    My current Caloric intake is around 2200 - 2500 per day. I'm 5-10 185.

Should I go hardcore and eat around 4500 - 5000 cals? Will it be any detriment to eat things like Bacon/Hashbrowns/Tuna WITH mayo/White bread/Steak/Ground Beef etc? I feel like gorging to get some testosterone going again... just never done it before.

So please... tell me how to gorge!

oh.. and should I workout as normal on that day? workout more? More cardio? Or just let the body fight through the amount of food im about to receive.

    Thanks!

with 30% of your cals coming from fats I doubt that would be the culprit. how is your zinc intake ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Well if youve gone strict for 2 weeks, one day definwtly wont hurt you unless your preparing for a contest. And if your REALLY worried about gaining weight, just eat healthy food but as much as you want. Just dont eat too much before going to bed otherwise you might not sleep well and/or indigestion may mess up your next day.

Lam - I've been taking a Mineral Suppliment and a Vitamin Suppliment every day. The last 2 weeks i've only had 15% coming from Fats...

Good point XcelCrush... I'll stay off heavy eating before bed... that would not be fun.
