    Whey Question

    If I pre-make (blend) my protein shake with Peanut butter or flax oil and leave it in the fridge/cooler .. is it still effective to drink 4-6 hours after?

    yup...no problem with pre-mixing shakes as long as they don't contain creatine. I would use them in 48 hours.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
