I weight 175. When I actually take time to time calories, I keep it to 2300. I have not counted calories in a while though, but I am planning to start again in the next couple of weeks.
How much do you weigh and how many cals per day do you consider your maintenance level?
I'm 165 and about 2600
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

I weigh 185, and I have to eat about 3800 calories per day to maintain, not inlcuding the two days per week where I would cheat and eat more.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
