    Question Please Help!!!

    Hello All!

    I need to lose as much as much Body fat as I can for the summer, I figured I start now to give me enough time. I'm a male, student I weight around 210, and I am 5'10 and my current BF is around 15%. I need to do something about the way I look. I want to feel confident in the way my body looks, and I want to get rid of the depressed feeling. I am currently eat this:

    M1-
    3 Egg Whites 1, whole egg
    With 2 slice of multi-grain bread (don't like oats)

    M2-
    Matrix Shake

    M3-
    Chicken or Tuna
    With some kidney beans
    And veggies
    1 or 2 flax

    M4- Protein Shakes with a few strawberry's and flax
    Or
    Same as M3


    M5-Same as M3

    M6- Same as M4 (Shake)

    Eat more real food instead of shakes. Protein is low.
