I'm having a tough time calculating my calories, please give me a hand. thx![]()
6am - 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats (370 cals, 48g protein, 33g carb, 6g fat)
9am - 3 tbsp nat pb on ww w/ approx 1/4 cup almonds (665 cals, 27, 52, 42)
12pm - 1 cup brown rice, Rotissiare chicken with no skin (this is where my trouble is, theres no nutrition facts on this thing, it only says 30oz net weight. it is an entire bird and the brand is shaws but i cannot find it on nutritiondata or any other site)
3pm - 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats (370 cals, 48g protein, 33g carb, 6g fat)
Between 4 and 5 i'll get to the gym
as soon as i get out i take either an ABB blue thunder or a Myoplex MRP w/ banana as a post workout shake usually within 15min of finishing my workout (so either its ABB blue thunder: (310cals, 32g, 43g, .5g)
or
Myoplex MRP w/ banana: (450cals, 53g, 55g, 4.5g)
approx 30-40min after my PWS I eat 8 slices of turkey (cold cut style, not sure of the poundage) distributed in 2 different wraps usually with some kind of cheese (usually provolone) and lettuce and onion. In addition I have a large serving of veggies, and a large salad.
3hrs later approx 10pm - 1 cup cottage cheese (160 cals, 24g, 14g, 1g)
bed
Is there anything here you would suggest I tweak? I've been on this diet for approx 2 and a half weeks and have lost weight but I can definately tell my waist is slimming out and i've retained all strength in all lifts.
Personally i believe i need to adjust my last meal, and also in the cottage cheese i have (lactaid lowfat 1%) it has 3g sugars... is that ok before bed? even if it is ok, could you suggest an alternative meal right b4 bed that would fit my diet? thanks.
The only problem i see really is calculating meal 2 and the meal after my PWS and i'll have some idea of what my caloric intake is. Also I'd like to add something to my first meal but im unsure what would be appropriate. I see lots of people having banana's and grapefruits, would either work? Thanks.
btw, my intention is to have a clean bulk. im currently sitting at 205lbs and approx 11 or 12% bf (just my estimate)
thanks again
p.s. sorry for all the questions![]()
