fruit has sugar, so we cut that to lessen the sugar.
Milk smooths you out. something you don't want if yout doing a show.
I've noted that many cut out fruit and dairy towards the business end of a cut.
Is this advantageous? I know the fructose and lactose are considered 'simple sugars', but does this mean that fruct and lact are in the same category as sucrose in that they are empty calories? I know that an apple has many nutritional benefits whereas a tablespoon of sucrose has none.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
If you are hardcore cutting like for a competition, then ditching fruits and dairy is good because they do contain some sugars. However, if you are just cutting to lose some extra weight then don't bother cutting out fruits and dairy because it would be a waste of time. Unless you are really low bodyfat you would probably not notice the difference and besides fruits and dairy are probably the only 2 things we enjoy while dieting so cutting them out is just miserable.
