During my bulks I get a massive amount of extra lean ground meat and make burgers out of it then freeze em. Eat em all the time but during a cut I limit myself to chicken and tuna.

Why to me jodi? B/c of simplicity...its easy for me to grab a burger that is pre measured and throw it on the grill. I don't just eat burgers...I vary it all with chicken, fish, turkey, venison, eggs, cottage cheese, and any other form of meat I find that is good. I keep a variety of food but the beef is cheaper and simpler then most things.Originally Posted by Jodi

Chicken is easier LOL.Originally Posted by Jodi
Its expensive for me to get beef and with a higher fat content I can't afford the calories. Very lean beef around here is an arm and a leg like that so I just get chicken or tuna.

Wow.. lean ground beef is expensive in NJ? ... Heck, around here boneless chicken breasts probably cost more per lb.
All the stores around me I pay like like 3 times as much for beef then for chicken. I can get chicken at like 89 cents a lb...beef is WAY more then that!Originally Posted by SlimShady
