What time of the day you step on the scale?

Well, I am wondering what time of the day most ppl here weight themselves. As stupid as it sounds, I can't figure out my actual weight. When I wake up in the morning, my weight is 160lbs, before bed it's 162.5lbs, thru out the day it may get to 164lbs. Is it me or the damn digital scale I got?

it doesnt matter what time you weigh yourself as long as its the same time every day. you will probably get the most accurate results first thing in the morning though. use your clothes and mirror as your guide. they cant be faulty.

If you want to get a true representation then weigh yourself first thing in the morning, no food or water, after you have used the bathroom.

If you weigh yourself at night you are weight you + water and food you have consumed during the day. You can gain 2-6 pounds during the day from these things!

Ok, that's what I was thinking. Just wanted to be sure. Thank you all.

For a moment I thought that scale was fooling with me.
