I am 5'9" 200 pounds also. I eat a little more than that and I still lose weight. I eat more carbs, not sure how much right off the top of my head. My protein intake is about 250g a day and my fat intake is close to yours. If you do your cardio and weights the weight will come off. It is for me. Hope this helps.

I would say that 200g of carbs is fine. I get a lot of carbs from oatmeal and brown rice. As long as you are getting your macros for the day it should be fine. Some may feel different but with my numbers I have got great results.

Skipping carbs after 4-5 makes a world of difference when cutting. Unless you workout at night, then dont.

Yea I do not eat carbs past six or seven pm. I eat nonfat cc and nat peanut butter. Might do a shake but that is about all I will eat past dinner. I also do not go to bed till about 12:30am. I am on the evening shift and workout in the morning. I get mot of by carbs around my workout. half cup oat with preworkout shake. One cup oats with postworkout shake. That is about half my carbs then the next two meals involve half cup rice in each meal.
