    Help I'm confused

I am getting confused with all the diet stuff. Is there a book that will just tell you what to eat and when? Im not picky, At this point I just need someone to tell me what to eat. Im 38, on small doses of test 200, I'm up to 215 and stuck. Want to hit 230 or 240 without looking like santa. Im working out really good. I am 5' 10" 215 lbs and about 25% BF. would like to be around 10 to 15 %
If someone would lay out exactly what to eat I will follow it religeously. Maybe like a day 1 and day 2 so I don't burn out on the food.

I would be careful if I were you and probably do a bit of reasearch before you go following a routine religiously. No matter where you get the advice from (particularly over the net) there will be a difference or opinion, and a second opinion is always a good idea. Besides, you dont want to start following a plan that doesn't you or your goals. Everyones bodies are different so no one can accurately predict how many calories you should be consuming, how it all fits into your day, what foods you can/can't eat etc...

Well, figure out ur maintenance cals at your current weight, and add 500 to those for a week or two..See the results and keep upping until u find the ideal level for you. Once u have a bulking amount of cals set, just divide that into 6 and EAT!
A clean bulk should consist of loads of lean meats, fish, whole grain carbs and fruit, LF dairy, eggs, veggies by the boatload, good sources of fats...Well, thats what Im eating now!

25% BF is pretty flabby. I think I'd try to knock some of that off before I tried to bulk.

If the bulk is extremely clean on cycle, he can expect some fat/inches loss

For a pro maybe. I was really skinny my whole life. I would rather be big with some fat than look like the dead again. besides I'm not gonna cut bulk and cut again. I can shed weight quick it has never been a problem, gaining has always been 10 times harder.

I can not get anymore food down in a day. I even eat bad foods to gain weight and I'm still platued. Like adding 1 big mac a day to a already full diet. Part of the problem I think is I can,t take Whey. It upsets my stomache really bad. Like a burning sensation at the top of it. By the way, you are getting great results. Good job.

I dunno about that pro stuff. I've always heard that the CDC considers any man over 25% body fat to be obese. If you've got that much fat on your frame, I wouldn't be concerned about what the scale says - I wouldn't worry about gaining weight per se, as in scale numbers... I'd try to pack on lean mass and lose some of the fat. I know skinny as well as anyone - it sounds like we have the same body type.
