    How does everyone make their oatmeal? portion and length of cooking too please.

    And do you boil eggs then just eat the egg whites when you eat egg whites?

    well, I eat quaker oats, i boil the water, then put the oats in, and simmer for like 15 minutes... Or until they look done...

    1/4 c oats add a lil water and splenda, nuke for 1 min.

    eggs...sep. the whites, mnix up in a bowl and make an egg white pancake

    Quaker old fashioned oats, 1/2 - 1 cup, 2 1/2 mins in microwave. Have mine with a pkt of sugar twin.

    I buy cartoons of egg white and microwave them too.

    Quaker Oats 100% Whole Oats

    1/2 cup oats, 1 1/4 cups water, dash of salt. microwave for 1.5 minutes.

    I mix Eggs, Egg Beaters, Oats & Water all in a sauce pan and heat it up for 4-5 minutes.. Sometimes, add Cinamon or SF Syrup ..

    Quaker old fashioned oats... boil water, add oats until there is barely room for any more. Stir for about 4 minutes or until most of the excess water is boiled off. Pour into a bowl, then add skim milk.
