    Nuked eggs

i dont know if any of you have tried this at all. but last night i was gonna make egg whites in a pan until i realized "wow i dont want to clean this when im done" so i seperated my egg whites into a bowl and microwaved it for about 3 minutes.. it was reallllly good, prolly better than pan cooked or hard boiled. they were soo fluffy and soft.

I use to do it all the time when I ate eggs. Just spray a bowl with pam and throw the eggs in there...they are great. It even better when ya throw em on 2 slices of whole wheat bread b/c the shape of the bowl is the perfect size for the bread. Makes the perfect sandwhich LOL. Toss some salsa on top and you got yourself one hell of a meal there!
