Please type like a normal person.

Cottage cheese has a lot of protein, low fat and barely any carbs.
    I can do it

    I WILL be a size 5.

Agreed type like a normal person please...

The benefits of cottage cheese have been answered a million times before so you could do a search to find everything out. It is a good source of casien protein, low carb, and if you buy the low fat/fat free versions the fat content fits great into your daily macros.

and it's great to have right before bed as it's a slow digesting protein so it'll get you through a long night of not eating (while sleeping) and hopefully avoid catabolism

    what everybody else said.

Cottage Cheese is basically casein (a slow digesting), that's why it's quite... Clotty, thats what itll look like in your stomach, and will give you a steady stream of aminos, and, correct me if Im wrong, but, it is rich in glutamine, isnt it?

half a cup of fat free gives 13 grams of protein, depending on what you eat it with...

Dont make it all you eat, before bed, I eat

12 oz 1% milk, 1 scoop nightime caseinate protein, (for example, twinlab's PM fuel)

I use that as one shake, because it tastes REALLY GOOD, then, i take another shake
8 oz water, 1 scoop whey protein, (ON 100% whey) 2 tablespoons ground flax

And half a cup of fat free cottage cheese, now, thats a lot of Protein, and Im completely used to it

I actually add a half cup to my blended shakes instead of milk. Tastes different than milk, but it tastes good still.

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.
