I want to add a red skin potato to one of my meals which is usually wround 7-8pm. I typically go to bed around 11:30. Would it be acceptable to eat the potato at that time? I eat the same potato in my pre workout meal, I just want to add a few more cals to my diet.
In addition, would an apple with my firt meal also be acceptable?
Currently i consume approx 3300 cals. I'm looking to maintain and cut fat.

It depends on what your current diet looks like. The potato might not be a good idea if you are already getting enough carbs throughout the day and in PWO.
