It sounds like you are doing great! It takes a lot of guts to go to the gym and workout in front of everyone, I can sympathize...I go to the gym around 9 am, and I am the only woman in there at that time that lifts weights...it took me a good 3 or 4 weeks for any of the men in there to take me seriously because I wasn't in there picking up the pink 2lb dumbells....Keep up the good work, and good luck!!! I've gained about 5 lbs in the last 3 weeks or so (after lossing 5 lbs in my first week) and for the first time in my entire life, I can see definition in my muscles. I've never been strong or cut or anything, but now I can see change! My wife is thrilled and said that even though my diet can be a pain in the ass, it must be worth it b/c she's seen a major physical change in me within the last few weeks.

Not medicated 
(although it's lower then it was a year ago) But, I'm trying hard to keep my diet clean and I'm still lifting as heavy as I can and added some cardio into my routine. The only visible bf on me are these little love handles, and I want to try and shrink them down before summer time. I'm going to work even harder and post some more pics in another month or so to show some difference from 2 months ago.
