    Is it genes or 'roids???

An associate of mine is the second strongest in the school. There's a coach that's stronger than him but that's beside the point. He benches well over 330lbs but eats like shit! Everyone keeps saying you gotta eat right to get and stay strong, but he's told me what he eats and it doesn't sound like he has heard about that eat right stuff. He claims he doesn't take roids and I don't wanna say that he does cuz thas not totally fair. He has been lifting for a while though. What do you guys think?

P.S. He's my only rival and I'm training my hardest to be ready for him next football season!!!

And how tall is he along with his weight. Just trying to get an idea if his physique is naturally possible. Basically tell more about the guy.

If he is a carnivore that eats crap but a lot of crap it may not hurt his goals at all. Keep in mind a lot of guys that are mesos also have insane cns stimulation naturally. On a few of the strength boards I visit, I see about 1/4th the guys are tiny ectos that don't eat near enough and the other 3/4 eat like slobs and are borderline chunky. All seem to be strong as all hell.

there are three 17 year old kids in my school BP 300+. i know ppl say theres no "magic pill" for muscle building, but these kids dont hardly eat, they took this shit and in a matter or months blew up. it seem to me (from what ive seen) that steroids have a way bigger effect on teenagers because they seem to work better, (but i also have no idea of the pice they may have had to pay to get there muscle) just as how 1-ad worked better for me then ive seen in most adults

it's not hard for those big offensive and defensive lineman to bench over 330, and they all eat like shit anyways. need some stats on this kid (weight, height etc..) to know about the roids or not.

they don't even have to be that big. I had several friends in high school that were barely over 200 and benching 315 for reps.

steroids do not work better in teens it is simply that they are in their highest untrained state so the effects of supraphysiologic doses of steroids seem "incredible". Over time they could have obtained the exact same physique. give

a teen who has barely worked out a 10 week cycle of test @ 500 mg/wk and even with a half-assed diet he would most likely gain 20 lbs of LBM. give the same exact cycle to a guy who has been training for 15-20 years he may only gain 3-5 lbs of LBM.

What part of your cycle did you make the most gains? (I mean like, 1st week, 2nd week, etc?)

    not at all.

I think I gained 4 lbs off my first cycle @ 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks. for advanced trainers you just won't see gains of 20 lbs of LBM off a single cycle, it just doesn't happen. steroids or not the more advanced you are the slower gains come unless you decide to use super high doses which IMO for someone who does not compete it is just asinine to do so. but this is exactly why you don't see IFBB pro's coming in heavier and heavier year after year. It takes some of those guys several years just to increase their contest weight by 8-10 lbs

and to be honest I wouldn't want to gain 20 lbs of LBM of a single cycle, it is living hell on your tendons, ligaments and connecting tissues

that's exactly my point. you were new to lifting and used prohormones of course you would see a dramatic increase in LBM. do the same cycle of 1AD in 20 years I bet you don't gain 2 lbs off it.
