    Diet taking punch in gut

ok, i've been on this diet for awhile now and just wondered if it's ok for staying cut but adding mass little by little (if that makes sense). Heres a sample of a diet i'll eat in a day:

    wake up-8a.m.
CARDIO(consists of sprint intervals, so not that long)
    8:30 a.m - oatmeal, whey shake,3-4 egg whites
    11:30 a.m-whey (preworkout)
    WORKOUT
    1:30 p.m. -whey(postworkout), rice, chicken breast, salad,green beans
    4:30 p.m.-two cans tuna,pasta,mixed veggies
    WORK from 5-9 p.m.
    9 p.m. -steak,cottage cheese,mixed fruit
    12 a.m.-whey b4 bed
    12:30 a.m sleep

My stats are 6'2'' 195 lbs., 20 yrs. old and at 5-7% bf. Please keep in mind that this is just a sample diet, but I try and not eat carbs after my 4:30 meal, and I get basically that same amts. of protein (200-300 g) carbs (200g) cals(3000-4000) and fat (around 30 g) everyday. I dont have much knowledge in dieting so any pointers would be greatly apreciated.

    thx, DbP.

Any reason why you are not able to have fresh fruit?
