those scale thingys

I was watching "MTV's true life: I'm a bodybuilder" one night and this guy was cooking something and he pulled out this pack of chicken breasts and put slab of it on this scale thing to weigh it in oz. to make sure it was 8 oz of chicken, i was just wondering where can i get one of those from and how much it would run me! please let me know

Definately go digital..it's much more precise and you don't have to sit there counting the freaking little tick marks on the manual scales I got one at the grocery store for $30 cdn..Walmart has a good selection too!

I got a digital one off of ebay a couple of years ago for about 20 bucks. It's still going strong and I use it every day.

That's not just some guy That's Anthony Monetti. He lives in my town. He is a phenomianl BB and if you get a chance to check out his website it is quite a wonderful site. He is extremely positive and has the best attitude of any BB I have ever met. He is very inspirational and I give him tons of credit for letting people see into his life when many people see the BB life as silly or mundane. He is extrememly dedicated and will do anything to obtain a natural Drug Free body that he desires. I think the guy is awesome!

We used to have one of those scales to weigh weed. I bet it's still around here somewhere. They have many uses I guess...

Yeah, I think I've picked up a few of those myself. I bet it's still around in the evidence room somewhere. Maybe I can make good use out of one of them.

I bought a crappy one for 2 bucks and k-mart and it has been working for over a year now. Each ounce is label in large numbers so I don't need to squit to see the lines. I will soon be investing in a digital one as soon as I get a new blender.

Anthony from MTV was in awsome shape but his diet was like wow...2 meals a day only taking in 1200 cals a day. Thats crazy...!!! Not sure exactly how long he did that though b/c everything was so crammed in the show.

I just had the coincidence of meeting Anthony lastnight at my gym along with his girlfriend. Wonderful people and he is in incredible shape as well as herself.
