No time for anything.. diet went down hill

I just started working evenings and because of that my diet went completely nuts. I also live in NY (just moved) so I have to carry food with me (has to be portabe) here's what it looks like....

9:00 can't eat a lot before the gym
    1/2c goat's yogurt
    3/4c Nature's Path's Organic whole wheat cereal

    12:00-1:30
    WORKOUT

2:00 it takes 20 min to get home from the gym
    1/2c brown rice
    3oz chicken
    tamari sauce

    4:00 while walking to work
    apple

7:00 at work . working 5-10PM.. can't eat anything "smelly".. don't want to stink up the whole office
was just eating another apple but I think I'll try adding some cottage cheese (had food intolerance before but according tot he test it should be OK now)..so ...
    1/2c cottage cheese
    2T dried fruit spread

then I get out at 10:30 and sometimes grab some junk (like a muffin) which is really not good.. I would like to not eat after 7:00 so that I could come home and go streight to sleep without waiting for food to digest (can't sleep on a full stomach.. I wake up feelig bloated).

The other hard part is that I have food intolerances (no oats and penuts for me) and can't have protein shakes.

    any suggestions?

You only really have four meals here, I suggest you substitute one of those apples for a protein shake with oats and a banana ( blended), and perhaps make some of jeepsters protein bars, that way you will at least be eating sort of clean but healthily add some eggs ( prob boiled) me meal 2 as well

Protein drinks, oats, and bars is not really an option because of my food intolerances.

I know that you have food intolerances and I know that you have read the nutriton stickies, but I strongly reccomend reading them again. I don't want to seem rude, but it just doesn't seem like you are making an effort to improve your diet.

You may also want to PM Emma-Leigh because she can give you some excellent advice. Good luck.

What happens if you eat them?
