    Depends on your diet, goals (cutting bulking) and what kind of milk.

    i mean for strong bones and to grow overall your body cause i know alot of people say if your a teenager that dont cut out milk becuase you need it at as a teen it helps you

    If your gettin enough calcium from other things that's not a problem.
    People also tell me to eat veggie's to get big muscles, most people have no idea what they are talking about. I drink about 3 cups a milk a day for protein, but you don't need any to get big.
