i was wondering if 1200 calories is too little? i compose and record music just about all day long, and i havent had much time to really be physicaly active.
is 1200 calories ok? (im trying to loose weight without muscle, so how much protein should i be getting?)


for a petite female it can be enough. what are your stats ?
