    Question with Carb Cycling

I have been carb cycling for the past 2 weeks now and supplementing with fish oil caps and on's whey protein. I have noticed that mainly on no carb days I am highly aggressive and I have a very short fuse. Does this happen to anyone else? If so why is this caused? How do you deal with it?

    thanks,
    steve

My wife tries to keep her distance on no carb days... I don't always know it, but no carb days just bring out the asshole in me.
