I want to try the Zone diet, (I've heard its good fro training?). I got the book, but can't work out the calculations.
Is there anyone else on this diet? Does it improve your training? Do you get the feel good factor as described in the book and also if you know how many blocks your supposed to be eating please could you do me a fav and test if http://www.the-zone-diet.info/calculators.html works this out correctly? I think it does but just want to be sure as I know this diet has to be quite precise.
