If You Wanna Be Huge , You Gotta Eat Big , Heres The Proof

Well , Just a few days ago I met hugo girard ... I started talking to him and asked him what the hell was a diet for a guy like him . He told me a typical meal (which he takes about 4 times a day) would be 2 whole chickens , a 4 litre bucket of ice cream (full of rice , not ice cream of course) and that same bucket full of vegies.

He told me that he ate that around 3-4 times a day , and in between those larger meals he ate snacks (his snack would be the normal meal of someone like mudge ... )

When he was doing comps more intensily he was weighing around 340lbs but now hes about 320lbs ...

No need to say how huge he is ... I was like a 10 year old kid next to him.

Although I do believe hes natural ... I've seen pictures of his dad as well as him when he was younger ... He just has the genetics . And if you look closely at some of his pictures and the pictures of Louis Cyr they look extremely a like in terms of shape.
