    Question Weight loss

    I am trying to get shredded but my body holds all my fast in my mid section, my arms and legs even shoulders are ripped. Is there and particular diet that would cater to me. I am 6`6 and about 235 thx any help appreciated

    Where you hold your BF is usually genetically related (sometimes hormones/drugs etc can also have effects).

    No diet in particular will help you drop weight from specific regions - but if you read the post up the top that is called 'Guide to cutting, bulking and maintaining' you will get a great outline of dieting in general.
