    Diet/training for LBM

    Hi,

This is a bit of a mixture of questions of training and diet/nutrition.

I need some guidance on what im about to do.....

I'd like to add LBM! The thing is im unsure of training intensity, cardio work and diet. Pretty much everything then!

At the moment im 182lbs, 6'1", ~15%BF. I'd like to add 14lbs of LBM and reduce my BF to about 10% in 12-14weeks.

I've read many articles about calories and diet, and im willing to give the diet a shot, but my main concern is over the aerobic and anaerobic training.

Obviously, I would like to minimise excess BF whilst gaining. Anyone got any good training schedules/regime to keep BF down and gain LBM?

    Thanks for listening...

    Regards

    Gareth
