Here is my breakfast. Takes less than 5 mins to make, consume AND clean up!
Oats + protein powder + fruit + nattyPB(or ground flaxseeds)+Skim milk. Throw in blender. Blend on high for several secs. Pour and drink!

Hmm.. young, male, bulking... A few idea's:

    Oats and omlette:
    2/3 cup Scotch oats
    small banana
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbs flaxmeal
    with
Scrambled eggs (1-2 whole, 6-8 white) with mushrooms and tomato

    OR:
    Protein pancakes:
    Blend -
    1 cup oats
    6 whites
    1 cups cottage cheese
    cinnamon and vanilla essense

with some water then cook as per regular pancakes

    top with
1 small banana or 1 cup blueberries
    1-2 tbs almond butter.

And have a glass of skim milk on the side.

    OR:
    Mealshake:
    1 banana
    1 cup milk
    0.75 cup oats
    1 scoop whey
    1 tbs almond butter
    LOTS of ice
    cinnamon
    vanilla

    Blend and enjoy.

Eat until it hurts. There is no miracle meal plan or miracle weight lifting program. The fact is that you have to eat a ton of food (preferable high in protein/low in fat) and work out hard.

Carry around a little notebook with you. Count all your calories/protein/carbs. If you hit 3,500 callories with 200 or so grams of protein you WILL gain weight.

Try some frozen strawberries, a banana, some oats, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla protein powder all blended up. Seriously delicious!

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.
