Is this even possible? Just last Saterday I went to a house party and got wasted hardcore. I pissed all night, puked all night, pissed all morning, and puked all morning. I was throwing up with nothing in my stomach. Half the night I was chucking up nothing but a little bit of yellow fluid that tasted a bit different.
Anyway I jump on the scale the next day and my weight reads 179 - 180 lbs. I swear the day before I weighed about 186 or so lbs.
Is this possible? I seem to weigh myself daily on two different scales. Both of them said I lost 6 lbs.
Oh and is it also normal to put on 6 lbs in a week? Im back at 185 - 186 lbs.
This happens to me when I drink. I don't throw up but the next morning I am 4-5 lbs lighter. It's from dehydration. It is not good for you. After and during drinking you should stay well hydrated with water if possible. Drink water before going to bed. You also can weigh a lot different on an empty stomache. As for the puking, that's a whole new can of worms. You should get that in check

*eat before drinking
Thanks for the info. Im not an avid drinker so whenever I do get the opertunity to drink I go all out. I suppose I should watch myself and drink some water during it.
Yeah I drank last week for the first time in 6 months or so. It did a number on me. Just eat a lot before you do and find a drink that doesn't do that sorta number on ya. There are drinks that won't give you wicked hangovers.

Anyways I read somewhere that muscle contains only 600 calories so You could easily break down 2 pounds of muscle in a day if you didnt eat anything and your glycogen stores were already low.
