    Bulking but always feel bloatedl!

    Hi guys

    I just started my M1T cycle yesterday and I am taking in 500g complex carbs a day, along with 350g protein and 70g fat. My weight is 190lbs the problem is I am not used to consuming so many carbs. Today 200g carbs where from five bagels and a couple of flap jacks plus 200g from my Chemical Nutrition weight gainer. The problem is I feel constantly bloated, suggestions? Also how many calories does the above work out to be or how many calories in P C F so I can work it out thanks

    Each Gram of Protein = 4 cals
    Each Gram of Carbs = 4 cals
    Each Gram of Fat = 9 cals

    Sorry did'nt check the sticky!

    500 C * 4= 2000
    500 P * 4=2000
    70 F * 9=630

    Total=4630

    Is this enough cals?

    how long have u been eating this much. If you have been gaining bout 1 to 1.5 lbs a week then you are prolly doing good. If not add more. If you haven't started then give it a shot for a week and if you gain too slow or fast then adjust.

    Yeah thats one side effect of eating all day. Maybe try some homemade shakes instead, unless you are hungry all the time.

    eating that many processed carbs will get you fat very quick
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Do you mean the carbs from the bagels/flapjacks, get fat even when taking M1T? Should I swap the bagels for brown rice/oats?
