I would certainly invest in some fish oil caps (you can get them pretty cheaply from some places). Unless you can (and want to) eat lots of linseeds, walnuts and salmon each day they are very helpful in maintaining your omega-3:omega-6 ratio's.... Originally Posted by fatass
