I have really only just started working out and want to start eating right, i have had a look at some stuff like BMR calculator etc... what i need to know is if there are any good sites arround that show what different foods have in them like different fruits different meats what dairy produts have in them ?? All relating to Protein / Carbohydrates / Fats etc(Is beer good cause its full of carbs? say yes PLEASEEE)
