How many times a day should I be urinating? I'm going at least 8 times a day.

As many as it takes. But like PreMier said, at least 6. Just try not to drink a whole lot within a couple of hours before you go to bed, or you will be up a couple times in the middle of the night...unless of course you don't mind.
