Please critique my diet...

Hey fellas... just wanted ur opinion on the diet routine i am following these days. Main goal is fat loss. Along with the diet I am also posting my workout routine and the supplements I am taking at the moment.

Diet.

7 am - Skimmed Milk with 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey protein.
8 am - An Apple
8:30 am - Multi Vit. Supplement.
10:30 am - Fruit Cup and a cup of Green Tea.
12:30 pm - 2 slices of Multi grain Whole Wheat Bread with 2 slices of Turkey or Chicken Breast and A nutribar.
2:00 pm - A cup of Green Tea
5:00 pm - Vegetable Soup containing Cabbage, Spring Onions, Celery, Tomatoes and Green Chillies.
One Pill of SAN Tight
6:00 pm - A cup of Green Tea
9:30 pm - Skimmed Milk with 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey protein.
10:00 pm - (Either 2 pieces of Skinless and Boneless Chicken or a Grilled Salmon Steak) with steams rice. Fruits for dessert.

Workouts

Monday (2 hrs)

1 Hr. Heavy Weight Training.
1 Hr. Boxing

Wednesday (2hrs)

1 Hr. Heavy Weight Training.
1 Hr. Boxing

Thursday (1 Hrs)

40 min Weight training
20 min High Intensity Cardio (Either Treadmill or Stairmaster)

Saturday (3 hrs)

1 Hr. Spinning
1 Hr. Weight Training
1 Hr. Boxing

Sunday (1 1/2 hr)

1 Hr. Spinning
1/2 hr. Weight Training

I am 22 yrs old. Height 6'3 and weigh 210 pounds. I have no clue about my bf% but flabs easily visible on my most parts of my body. My main goal is to loose the fats. Could please let me know if the diet and workout routine i am following is good for that. Any suggestions and advice are more then welcome. Thanks...

I think your diet looks good (well not "good" like yummy but it should help you lose weight). If you're 6'3" 210 lbs is that enough food for you in a day ? do you feel hungry at times ?

that routine is way to much activity!! You are overtraining like crazy. Look at all that cardio.

Why go balls deep right off, why not gradually add cardio if you have to when you hit a plateau?

why not trying to eat every 2-3 hours instead of nearly every hour?

plus your diet has very little protein and shitty carbs. pretty much that is a great diet to get fat on.

could you please elaborate on the "shitty carbs" part? how can i change it? And do you think I should drop one of the spinning routines or both? Giving up on Boxing is a little hard for me because i really love it. Spinning was added in order to loose the "flab"
