Change of meal timing... waking up earlier

I have to wake up a lot earlier this Saturday (at 4AM!) to catch a plain. Do I have to eat then or can I just wait for my normal breakfast time (8 or 9AM)? I REALLY doubt I'm gonna want food this early, I'll still be half asleep.
If I do, how do I adjust my total daily meals?

Here's the link to my journal if you need to see what my meals look like now.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

i'd add in an extra meal for when u wake up, so it could be you shift you meals/breakfast forward or just eat something different that will keep you going until breakfast
