You have to be careful with baked beans - they are often canned in a sugary-salty syrup that has little health benefits and it also pushes the GI sky high. But if you get the GOOD stuff (the organic type ones canned in low sugar, low salt mixes) then it is fine on a bulk.Originally Posted by thajeepster
