Here's one that I use:
Oatmeal Pancakes
1/2 cup oats
4 egg whites
2 tbsp flour
1/4-1/2 c yogurt
1-2 sweeteners
1 tsp baking soda
Put oats in in processor and process until a powder. Add remaining ingredients, adding up to 1/2 c yogurt to make a nice batter. Fry in Pam like pancakes. Top w/ sf maple syrup or fruit and ff cool whip.
Total Recipe, not including toppings, using 1/4 c Astro FF yogurt & 2 sweetners: 338.5 kcals, 36.15 g protein, 45.9 g carbs, 4.9 g fat, 5.25 g fibre.
