    Water?

Any good articles on water and why to drink 8-10 cups per day.
This guy at work asks me why I drink so much water and I'd like to give him a better answer then, "its good for you"

    Thanks

Nothing like a good excuse to ditch a date or get out of work. "Sorry, I gotta go take a squirt. I'll be right back..."

I've never actually heard of someone drinking too much water. I'm not saying its impossible though.

drinking lots of water is good for your electrolytes. it also flushes most of the toxins from your body. also keeps you hydrated.
inorder to drink too much water you would have to consume more than a gallon at one time. throughout the day you are in no danger of drinking tooo much water even if you were to consume more than 2 gallons. just be prepared to make the john your buddy for a while. take you a pillow so you wont make ruts in your carpet to the bathroom.
not drinking enough can really cause problems even damage the the system.
just tell your friend good luck and go back to drinking your water. Take care and Good luck
