    Need a little help plz...

Wrestling season has just recently ended.. and i have put on a lot of weight since then. My body that was once "ripped" is now "fat". My question is should i work out now with all my fat? or should i lose some weight then start working out? Am in need to gain muscle. Im 5'4, 135 pounds, with around 17% bf.

working out will help you loose some body fat. why did you stop training after the season ended? defenitly get back in the gym.

FYI, at 5'4" and a weight of 135 I highly doubt you have 17% BF.

How come? That is a LBM of about 112 pounds. I know kids 120 pounds with around 11% BF that are 5'9.

for a guy that seems like a really BW to have that much fat. I mean, I don't know, I guess it is possible but it just doesn't seem right to me.

Ya, I've noticed most kids are either really skinny or huge. We have about 20 guys that are under 100 pounds at my school.
