Sushi/sushimi (the good stuff is made with true short grain japanese rice, which is low GI)

Thai - steamed seafood and vegetables is pretty good. Add your own cooked rice if you want some carbs as well.

But why not just spend one day a week preparing bulk meals and then store them in air-tight containers in the fridge or freezer for the rest of the week??

I go to the dinner and get grilled chicken with salad and oil and vinegar on the side so that I can measure it out myself.

What are your goals? Bulking? Cutting? If you're bulking you get a lot more choices, obviously.

get used to it. if you want to be a bodybuilder you're gonna have to cook for yourself. or find a BB girl, or hire a chef, but ultimately eating out will have to be a once in a while thing because even if it sounds like clean food you never know how they are preparing it and what portions etc they are using.
