Just aquired my copy of burn the fat, feed the muscle. I've heard nothing but good things about it and can't wait till I start reading it and learning how to lose weight more efficiciently. Anyone whose done this, please share your view of it and how it worked for you. Thanks.
i bought my copy a little while back. the book is well written with some solid info, and i really believe that anyone with the proper mindset will achieve phenomenal results with this program. there are a lot of myths about ...well everything related to fitness, and i feel that this book addresses some good issues related to our diet & nutrition. a must read for anyone trying to live a healthy life.
I got pages 1-50 printed out so far. I already started reading it and it seems really good as easy directions and he comes right out and tells you what hes all about and what his book is about. I got to the part where he tells you that why wait till your finished reading the book when you could start now. I've been making changes already.
I ordered it long ago but then formatted my PC and lost it. I emailed them and they said they'd send anoter copy but they never did. Bastards.
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol. Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.
