Diet = Crap What should I do?
OK yesterday I worked out in the morning and had my usual breakfast(5:30) and post-workout shake(7). Then I left to practice paintball with my team an hour later so I just crammed 2 whole wheat tortillas, some very lean ham, and a an apple down(8). This is where it get bad, I didnt get to eat again until 12:30 when I had a sub sandwich on whole wheat(12:30). Mind you this whole time Im running around all morning. THEN I didnt get to eat until like 5 when I had a chicken salad from carls and two pieces of cake.(t was my teamate and I birthday ) So I came home completel waisted, took a shower, and fell asleep. What bother me the most is that I missed alot protein and to top t off I was very active all day so I was burning many more calories. Should I do anything to compensate today? I already got up and had a protein shake)whey + skim milk) then I plan on having some oats. Will this be very destructive to my goals?(Im bulking currently)
