maybe ill just chalk it up to a cheat, but i never cheat. So that leads into my next question. Do you guys eat normally all day long before your cheat meal? or do you eat less so the cheat still kindof fits into your macros for the day?
Id prefer not to cheat though, but if thats what i gotta do, its what i gotta do.
mmm, tom kha, my favorite. u should just cheat. eat like you normally would during the day (as if u weren't cheating) and then eat as much thai food as you want at that meal...of course, the less you eat the less damage you'll do.
I went with the panang with chicken, it wasnt spicy though... Really good, had it with a big bowl of brown rice, and some chicken skewers with peanut sauce as an appetiser... wonder how much fat was in that coconut milk.... Not even gonna bother trying to add up totals today. I really like thai food now though.
Thai food is awesome, but very calories dense. My dad's friend's wife is Thai and we've eaten over there a couple times and i asked her to teach me how to make that stuff. She even said, No you don't want to, this stuff is terribly fattening.
