Diet looks good, missing some carbs, just remember to eat complex carbs, brown rice, oats, barley etc. and think about upping the cardio to 30 minutes. My favorite protein while cutting is boneless skinless chicken breast or tuna steak (canned tuna is good too). I try to stay away from beef while I am trying to cut

your diet needs some work bro...

why only 20g protein when you wake up? i would increase it to at least 40g. you dont have any carbs preworkout or postworkout?

you really have too many shakes in there. i know you said you cant afford real food but tuna is pretty cheap. you need to be eatings carbs and efas with those meals also.

i would definately increase the protein before bed also. a long nights sleep with no protein in your system is not a good thing.

thats my .02. thanks ill be here all week.

yo yo,don't mean to thread Hi-jack but how long on average does it take to get where you want to be while cutting or is it different for different people, the reason i ask is because i am going on holiday on the end of May and i am bulking at the moment and i plan to start cutting end of March which will leave me cutting for 2 months,is that long enough to strip this fat?

I'm a college student also.. heres what I do

meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1 apple
meal 2: 2 tbsp nat pb, 1/4 cup almonds on whole wheat -OR- 1 can tuna and a baked potato (i make the sandwhich the night before, and the same with the tuna and baked potato)
meal 3: full chicken (no skin, its a rotissarie) + baked potato
meal 4: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cups oats (pre workout)
    gym
meal 5: Myoplex meal replacement, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp honey (taken right after working out)
meal 6: 2 turkey wraps from cafe (4 slices turkey each wrap, lettuce and tomato) no mayo or any bullshit
meal 7: 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 1 can tuna mixed, or just cottage cheese and 2 tbsp nat pb

Reason I have 7 meals is because on the days I dont workout I don't take my Post workout shake

Yea it sucks to be in college and try to do anything related to BB'ing but you have to work with what you got. And for me that is just a clean maintenance, im not cutting right now. When i'm back home for spring break(which is right now btw) I plan to bulk for 2 weeks and then go back to my "college diet".

And yes you have to spend a little money but that is the only way its going to get done, and the sooner you realize it the sooner you'll be able to get started with your diet. I was reluctant to spend money but i can't spend it when im dead so i might as well use it while i still can.

Make meals in advance, and bring them with you. I have my meals organized around my breaks but next trimester I'm going to have to change it up a bit... tupperware is your friend. You have no idea how helpful making meals in advance is, it helps ALOT

Lifting 5 days a week is a lot, unless you're working different parts of your body on different days. Muscles need 48-72 hours to rest (and be fed) to build and grow.

Do cardio as much as you want (4-5 days X 25 minutes is fine).
