protein pancakes-can i indulge in them more than once?

this is the thing, i have alot of trouble stuffing down carb sources, and the healthy carb sources like brown rice take me 20 minutes just to chow down the rice.(texture is a problem with me). my question is, can i eat protein pancakes twice per day? itd make my bulking ALOT easier.

BTW, theres 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and 3 egg beaters in each serving. im thinking of double servings of this 2 times a day.what do you guys think, are protein pancakes suitable for 2 meals a day?

I dont wee why not. Theyre healthy enough.

    try this though.

    1 cup of oats

    1 cup of oatmeal

    6 egg whites

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

    Some splenda.

Blend that then cook. Top it with sugar free maple syrup.

depends on your size, for some that's not a lot of protein or carbs.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

The ones I eat will yeild 40+ grams of protein and about 50g of carbs, depending on syrup usage. They can be sort of filling though. If you add a piece of fruit or another healthy carb it could be a pretty good bulking meal.

I put a tblspoon or two of natural peanut butter and sugar free syrup and it makes a pretty balanced meal.
