    You guys eat much subway? I think a foot-long chicken breast on whole wheat is a great meal if youre bulking.

    i work at subway, i eat 3 12 inches on my long shifts. no sauce, just turkey, ham, roast beef, and chicken toasted on wheat. hells yes

    I eat subway at least once a week b/c it's the only thing decent at school. I made them give me a nutritional pamphlet for the macro breakdowns of all their subs

    you can go to their website too and get a breakdown of each individual thing. See what meats have the most protein and fats and what not.
