We should make a new sticky

On one of the other forums they have a sticky where people post what they are currently eating and a pic if possible. I beleive we should start that in this forum. Anyone else?

Heres my breakfast and dinner today...

    Breakfast:
    Protein Pancakes (pumpkin)

    Dinner:
    8oz Chicken Breast
    2 cups veggies
A bunch of cinnamon coated sweet potato fries (baked)

    I love food

Good idea, if we put down our stats and daily diet, it could help alot of newcomers get started with their diet.

I would have to ask 'the higher beings'! I don't think it is in my 'mod power' to just pick what becomes a sticky....

But I'll pass the message on that you guys want to start up this sticky...

    3/4 cup pumpkin
    2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oat bran, or 1 cup oats if you prefer
    4 whites
1 scoop protein ( i use vanilla egg protein, but whey works also)
1/4 tsp each baking powder and soda
    splenda/cinnamon to taste.

ive got fat free butter on top, then i drown them in sf maple syrup... these are soo good, and they make soooo many.

I third the motion... but I think anyone who posts should also have to include the macros for the meal they are eating.

    T'is liquid sugar...

golden syrup = cane juice = jus de canne = cane syrup = sugar cane juice = light treacle Notes: This amber-colored liquid sweetener is popular among British, Caribbean, and Creole cooks. It's made by evaporating sugar cane juice until it's thick and syrupy
    source of info is here

But is it damn tasty - especially when it is made into oat biscuits (anzac biscuits! ).
