On one of the other forums they have a sticky where people post what they are currently eating and a pic if possible. I beleive we should start that in this forum. Anyone else?
Heres my breakfast and dinner today...
Breakfast:
Protein Pancakes (pumpkin)
Dinner:
8oz Chicken Breast
2 cups veggies
A bunch of cinnamon coated sweet potato fries (baked)
3/4 cup pumpkin
2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oat bran, or 1 cup oats if you prefer
4 whites
1 scoop protein ( i use vanilla egg protein, but whey works also)
1/4 tsp each baking powder and soda
splenda/cinnamon to taste.
ive got fat free butter on top, then i drown them in sf maple syrup... these are soo good, and they make soooo many.
Meal 1) 6 egg whites/2 whole/1 1/2 servings brown rice
Meal 2) 40g whey/ 2 apples
Meal 3) 6 inch chicken breast on wheat/small amount of lowfat cottage cheese
Meal 4) 6 inch chicken breast on wheat
Meal 5) 1 can tuna in water w/ mayo/small amount of brown rice/some broccoli
Pretty sound huh? what do you guys think? Im cutting
1. Scrambled white and whole eggs/1 serving of brown rice
2. 40 g whey/apple
3. Can of tuna/1 serving of brown rice
4. 6 inch club sandwhich from subway
5. 6 inch club sandwich from subway
6. Large salad with chedder cheese, ranch, crackers/some pringles potato chips-oops
i use sugar free davinci pancake syrup. I dont know what golden syrup is.
